At Elite Models Dubai, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we may provide refunds for services and fees paid to our agency. Please read this policy carefully to understand our refund procedures and your rights and obligations.

2. Scope of Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Elite Models Dubai, including but not limited to:

  • Model representation and agency services
  • Casting and booking services
  • Photography services
  • Portfolio development services
  • Training and coaching services
  • Any other professional services offered by our agency

3. Client Bookings and Cancellations

3.1 Client Booking Deposits

When clients book models through our agency, we typically require a deposit to secure the booking. Our refund policy for these deposits is as follows:

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before the event: Full refund of deposit minus a 10% administrative fee
  • Cancellation 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund of deposit
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: No refund of deposit

These terms may be modified in individual client contracts, which would supersede the general policy stated here.

3.2 Full Payment Refunds

For clients who have paid in full for modeling services:

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before the event: Full refund minus a 15% administrative fee
  • Cancellation 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: No refund

In all cases, if we are able to rebook the model(s) for another assignment on the same date(s), we may offer a more generous refund at our discretion.

3.3 Force Majeure Events

In cases where bookings must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond either party's control (natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, etc.), we will work with clients to reschedule the booking at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund the full payment minus a 10% administrative fee, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

4. Model Services and Fees

4.1 Portfolio Development Services

For models who purchase portfolio development services from our agency:

  • Cancellation more than 7 days before scheduled service: Full refund minus a 15% administrative fee
  • Cancellation 3-7 days before scheduled service: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 3 days before scheduled service: No refund

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of portfolio services provided, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the final deliverables. We will work with you to address concerns, which may include reshoots or touch-ups. Refunds for quality issues are considered on a case-by-case basis.

4.2 Training and Coaching Services

For models who purchase training or coaching services:

  • Cancellation more than 7 days before scheduled session: Full refund minus a 15% administrative fee
  • Cancellation 3-7 days before scheduled session: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 3 days before scheduled session: No refund

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. One reschedule per paid session is accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability.

4.3 Agency Registration Fees

If our agency charges a registration or representation fee, the refund policy for such fees is as follows:

  • Within 14 days of payment (if no services have yet been provided): Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • After 14 days of payment or after services have been initiated: No refund

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are generally non-refundable:

  • Commissions already paid to models for completed work
  • Processing fees and transaction charges
  • Administrative fees
  • Services that have been fully delivered and completed
  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Travel expenses incurred for bookings that are subsequently cancelled

6. Quality Guarantee and Service Failures

We stand behind the quality of our services. If you believe that the services provided did not meet the professional standards promised or outlined in our agreement, please notify us in writing within 7 days of service completion. Your notification should include:

  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Evidence supporting your claim (photos, videos, etc.)
  • Your requested resolution

We will review all quality concerns promptly and may offer one or more of the following resolutions:

  • Opportunity to correct or improve the service
  • Partial refund reflecting the diminished value of the service
  • Full refund in cases of significant service failure
  • Credit toward future services

Resolution decisions are made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.

7. Refund Process

7.1 How to Request a Refund

Refunds will typically be issued using the original payment method. If this is not possible, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. Please note that bank transfer refunds may require additional processing time and may incur bank fees that will be deducted from the refund amount.
